Please note that 48 hours’ notice of needing to rearrange or cancel an appointment is required. If this is not given the full fee will be charged. If the appointment is forgotten the full fee will be charged, as Gina has committed that time for you and so has the spirit world.

Please be on time for your appointment. Any delays will result in your reading being shorter than intended, and if you are really late it may result in you foregoing your appointment altogether.

Please note your reading time is just for you. Others cannot be included unless there is a specific reason for doing so. This would need to be discussed beforehand.

On booking your appointment please provide the correct contact information. There have been occasions where an incorrect digit typed in a phone number or incorrect letter in an email have resulted in confusion and inability to respond to requests.
